Who We Are

Myretex Ltd. was established in Cork in 1992 when Hendrickson Europe relocated to the UK. A number of the management team of Hendrickson founded Myretex Ltd. in response to demand. Having originally worked from a workshop in Glanmire, Co. Cork, the team relocated the entire business of Myretex Ltd. to a central location North of Cork City in 1994, where we remain today.

Our offices and workshops are located in Mayfield, Cork with separate facilities for carbon steel and stainless steel fabrication.

Research & Development

One of the strengths of Myretex Ltd. is our dedication to researching new processes and new ideas. We are constantly updating our capabilities and our product offerings. We regularly collaborate with third level institutes throughout Ireland and at present are working with UL, AIT and Sligo IT on a number of research projects.

We pride ourselves on our ability to provide innovative solutions to our customers’ issues and we are confident that the quality of our work speaks for itself. Our goal for the future is to consistently offer services of the highest quality to our existing customers as well as an ever-increasing base of new clients.

Safety

It is the objective of Myretex Ltd. to do all that is reasonably practicable to prevent injury, to Myretex Employees, associates and clients and to prevent any damage to property. Active support of employees is required to achieve this goal. The “safety statement” recognises the various hazards and the controls necessary to reduce the risks to a minimum.

  • Encourage consultation on all health and safety matters.

Environmental

In recognition of our environmental responsibilities, it is the objective of Myretex Ltd., to do all that is reasonably practical to maintain and improve the best manufacturing techniques with the least impact on the environment.
We aim to achieve this by education and training of employees, monitoring and reviewing progress and a commitment to continuous improvement of the following:

  • Minimising waste.
  • Recycling of packaging.
  • Minimising the use of solvents.
  • Efficient use of water.
  • Reduce pollution and emissions.
  • Reduce the use of energy.
  • Segregate / Minimise food waste.
