Myretex Ltd. are specialists in the fabrication of skid-mounted pump systems. These units are fully certified and are built to individual customer specification. We offer a complete service from the fabrication and testing of all pipework through to the manufacture of vessels and the assembly and build of the complete skid unit.
All pipework fabricated by Myretex Ltd. is produced by our own coded and certified welders and pipefitters. We work closely with our clients to ensure that all work is carried out to or above their requirements.
Before pipework is signed off, in-house hydro-testing and third party NDT testing is carried out according to customer or application requirements. We have successfully produced pipework for the Pharma and BioPharma sectors as well as Petrochemical and Utilities.
Myretex Ltd. has the capability to manufacture both atmospheric and pressure vessels to customer specification. All work is carried out to our own certified procedures with in-house testing also available.

Our skid fabrication service combines many of our fabrication departments including general fabrication, pipework fabrication and vessel fabrication in addition to utilising our in-house profile cutting and laser aligning services.
For many years we have had a close working relationship with ESI Technologies in conjunction with whom we complete many projects in this sector. We have manufactured skid-mounted systems for many multinational end-users including Diageo, Eli Lilly, GSK, Genzyme, Intel Ireland, Pfizer, Schering Plough, Janssen, Bristol Myer Squibb, MSD, Biogen, Alexion and others.
The type of skid systems built include Temperature Control Skids, Condensate Recovery Skids, Solvent Recovery Skids, Heating and Cooling Skids, Oil Transfer Skids and Vacuum skids
The manufacture of standalone Pump and Motor assemblies is another service offered by the Skid Fabrication division of Myretex Ltd. This is a full-service offering incorporating baseplate fabrication, mounting of pump, dosing pot where necessary, motor and couplings and laser alignment of the assembly. Where necessary, laser alignment can be carried out on site.
